We regret to inform you that two of our chefs are currently unable to work due to unexpected injuries. Chef Gao recently sustained a back injury after a fall, and Chef Ou was also injured in a separate incident.
​
Given these unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our Middleton store location until our chefs are well enough to return.

About Taigu
Some of the most delicious dishes from China are unknown to those who have never traveled there. We aim to change that by introducing some new tastes to Middleton from both the Shanxi region of northern China and the Canton region of southern China.
